This 70m+ MY is currently looking for a Lead Deckhand to join them in mid May. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years yachting experience behind them already, and show longevity onboard a vessel of a similar size. You will be good at taking instructions from your HOD,s, and confident in leading a team of deckhands when asked to. The ideal candidate will be a very strong tender driver, and confident in all areas of mooring procedures both on the aft deck and forward. A high knowledge of products and painting procedures will also put you at the higher end of the consideration list. This is not a green/junior deckhand position, so please only apply if you have ALL of the requested requirements.
