MYyachtcrew was asked to recruit for an EXPERIENCED DECKHAND to join a beautiful and well kept 45m Feadship
They are a private/charter vessel, dual season and quite busy.
Location: Start date in Italy ideally between the 10th and 15th of May
The owners are lovely and they have great crew longevity onboard. We are looking for someone with the same mind set, someone to fit in perfectly with the very well mixed crew.
Requirements:
-Valid STCW, ENG1, Schengen is needed (B1B2 visa is a bonus)
-1 solid year experience onboard as this is a very busy program.
-Yacht master or Yacht Rating would be very beneficial
-Ideally be comfortable driving a 32 foot intrepid tender with guests
-Deck related courses are beneficial, as you will be rotating through all deck duties and will help other departments when needed. Be proficient with water toys / sports instruction and maintenance, must be able to take direction and have a desire to keep on learning and progress in the yachting industry
-Additional bonus skills: AEC, PWC,
sailing instruction, kiteboarding instruction, fishing experience
-Key words: Nice personality, keen to go out and explore with crew, hard working, happy to commit long term, someone active, fit and fun. Must have a positive mental attitude, be healthy and honest.
