Summary
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Chief Stewardess to join our busy 45m charter yacht based in Palma. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone well-organised, Team of 3 interior crew .Proactive, and able to lead by example.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership with clear, respectful communication
- A hands-on attitude and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience on busy charter vessels
- Someone who fits into a professional, family-oriented crew culture—egos on the dock
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Seasonal, with potential to become permanent
