About the Role
We are currently recruiting a seasoned and motivated Captain for a 24-meter private motor yacht operating across the Mediterranean. This is a full-time role offering a competitive annual salary and the chance to collaborate with a reputable yacht management company.
Key Duties
- Command the vessel with a strong focus on safety and exceptional service for both the owner and guests.
- Share in-depth local insights of the Mediterranean, including top cruising spots and dining experiences.
- Inspire and manage the crew with effective leadership and a positive team culture.
- Coordinate closely with the management company to ensure smooth running and high maintenance standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Holds a Master 200 GT license or higher.STCW+ENG1
- Demonstrated experience on yachts of comparable size or larger; experienced sailors moving from sail to motor are welcome to apply.
- Well-versed in navigating the Mediterranean.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, and capable of handling challenges with a hands-on approach.
Package:
- Salary range: 5,000-6000 euros per month, based on qualifications and background.
- Standard leave entitlements.
