ASSISTANT HEAD BUTLER REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE + 100M YACHT
Start date: May 2025 – permanent position
Itinerary: Dubai (residence), 100m+ Superyacht (Mediterranean and global itineraries)
The Assistant Head Butler supports the Head Butler in the day-to-day service delivery and supervision of a high-performing service team across both a private residence and a 100m+ superyacht. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on service responsibilities and acts as deputy in the absence of the Head Butler. The successful candidate will be service-driven, detail-oriented, and confident leading a team while actively participating in all service operations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to the principal and guests in both formal and informal settings
• Support the Head Butler in maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and discretion
• Supervise butlers & junior butlers and service team members during daily operations
• Assist in planning and scheduling staff for service coverage across residence and yacht
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff under the guidance of the Head Butler
• Support inventory control and procurement of supplies related to service operations

REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years in luxury hospitality or private household service, with supervisory experience preferred
· Butler School Certification preferred
· STCW95
· ENG1
· Schengen visa
