2nd Officer in Egypt

Summary

Looking for a permanent 2nd Officer with OOW 3000 to join a 69m Private M/Y actually in Saudi Arabia / Egypt moving to Med season in June

Main duties will include the following:

• OOW in the bridge while underway
• Weekly/Monthly Safety Checks
• GMDSS checks
• Preparing vessel for the upcoming Guest Trip

Salary: 6500EUR/month

Leave: 60 days / year

2 return flights per year

Standard medical insurance.

Starting date: 12th May / Saudi Arabia TBC

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt

STCW Modules (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (PSCRB) (A-VI/2 1-4)
• GMDSS General Operators Certificate (GOC)
• Electronic Chart Display (ECDIS)
• Advanced Fire Fighting (A-VI/3)
• Proficiency in Medical First Aid (A-VI/4 1-3)
