Key Details:
Charters: Cocktail cruises, sunset cruises, full and half-day excursions.
Pay: DOE, + split charter tips with Deck/Stew
Time Off: Enjoy paid summer vacation weeks and regular weekly time off
Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate the vessel during charters
- Oversee all aspects of yacht maintenance, safety, and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure a smooth experience for guests
- Manage the crew, assist with guest interactions, and ensure all needs are met
- Work closely with the Stew/Mate to deliver high-quality charters, from cocktail service to water activities
Requirements:
- USCG 100 ton licensed Captain with experience running vessels of similar size
- Strong leadership, boat handling, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a well-presented and safe vessel
- US citizen or Green Card holder
