Summary

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess for M/Y Partner, 35 mt, pleasure, 6 crew, BVI flag, currently in Castellammare di Stabia (NA), Italy.

The boat will cruise the Med during the next summer season..

Cabin has to be shared.

Extremely knowledgeable five-star hospitality with strong verbal and communicational skills which can ensure the everyday smooth operation of the boat’s interior department. The responsibilities will include:

-Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing constant impeccable service

-Organizing guest activities and parties

-Collaborating with the Head Chef regarding meal service for the guests

-Executing flawless meal service for the guests

-Management of interior crew

-Interior department budget management and accounting

-Crew uniforms

-Provisioning and inventory management

-Maintaining and caring for valuable interior items and surfaces such as artwork ,silks ,china ,crystal ,linens ,fine woodwork and marble

-Table decorations

-Creating, implementing and maintaining standard practice procedure manuals

-Collaborating with shipyard contractors

-Assisting with docking and boat maneuvering

-Ensuring the guests on board have un unforgettable luxury yachting experience.
