Housekeeping Stewardess/Masseuse – Job Spec.

Start May 24th +/- in Palma de Mallorca

Minimum 3 year’s experience as a Masseuse (2 seasons of housekeeping experience preferred). The role is not solely a masseuse and time will be split between Housekeeper/Masseuse as detailed below. We hope to find a candidate who is genuinely interested in housekeeping.

Salary TBC depending on experience.

90 days flexible leave (taken in 2-3 periods depending on guest operations).

MLC standard contract.

Up to 3 return flights per year to place of repatriation.

Medical insurance.

3 month contractual annual bonus.

Non-contractual discretionary cruising bonus. This is $100 a day for each day the Owner/Guests are onboard, this is paid every 6 months.

Private yacht. We don’t want someone who is looking for charter and wanting to fill a gap until a charter job arises.

Very busy program often with 12 guests

B1B2 essential.

Schengen Visa essential if applicable.

We are looking for longevity.

Must be prepared to share a 3 berth cabin.

Fully Vaccinated, this includes 1 booster.

No visible tattoos.

Non-smoker preferred.

I am looking for an experienced, motivated, and high energy individual to support the housekeeping and interior team. (comprises of 4 service, 3 housekeepers, 1 housekeeper/masseuse, 1 laundryman). Keen to join well-established interior, good sense of humour who will interact well with Crew (and guests when required). Someone keen to be involved in a rewarding program with great owners. Hard working a must! Must have proven industry experience industry in yachts of this size and caliber. Personality is of great importance.

Guest on workday is maximum 5 hours massage per day. Normally a 12 hour work day with 12 hours rest.
