We have fantastic position available for an experienced Chief Stewardess, to join a busy 45m charter and private vessel, 5 confirmed charters with some owner use.The ideal candidate will have previous chief stew experience on a similar size vessel and have previous charter experience. Must be confident leading an interior team and have excellent service knowledge. This is a close-knit crew who like to do activities both with crew and guests. Not a party boat, so no big drinkers. Looking for someone with a positive, calm nature to complement the dynamics on board and someone who really knows how to motivate their team.Salary above industry standard!!!
