Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to support our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. The primary responsibilities will include conducting reference checks, building rapport with yacht professionals, verifying certificates, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to verify their employment history, qualifications, and suitability for positions.Building Rapport: Develop and maintain positive relationships with yacht professionals to understand their needs and preferences.Certificate Verification: Verify the authenticity of certificates and qualifications submitted by candidates to ensure compliance with industry standards.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and organising documents.Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, emailComputer Skills: Utilise various software and platforms for data management, scheduling, and communication.Target Driven: Meet and exceed set targets for reference checks and other key performance indicators.Potential for Growth: Demonstrate the potential to grow within the business by consistently achieving targets, taking on additional responsibilities, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

We are seeking an individual with either has experience in sales or has worked within the Superyacht industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a thriving industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients.Confidence in conducting phone calls and handling inquiries professionally.Target-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
