HMG in search of a permanent chief stew/pursuer for a 46m Motor Yacht in private usage, Cayman Flagged.

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Stew with purser experience at the peak of their career. This is not a hand-holding or trainable position, you must have very good experience and references. You will be doing monthly financial reporting with the management team and onboard accounts reconciliation, you must have a good history of this in past roles. Accounting or bookkeeping experience is desirable.

The Yacht operates with a full-time interior team of 3, so management of junior stews and liaising with the Chef and Captain are all required.

Great team on board who all work together, fit and active with good longevity onboard.

Operational areas of USA/Caribbean and Bahamas, the Yacht does NOT travel to the Mediterranean.

60 days paid leave per year ( as close to a 5/1 as possible but will need to work around boss trips).

Must have B1B2 Visa or USA Citizen or Green card holder.
