Ideally someone who has the same experience on similar size vessels and with a bit of charter experience. Someone who has a positive spin on things, not dramatic and sensitive and willing to commit for the season. Charters already booked for the season and if we decide to do the Caribbean this could turn permanent for the right candidate.
