Summary

We are a 39m high profile charter vessel explorer, in search of a very hands on chief engineer. We are steel hull and aluminium super structure with a lot of 20 year + piping and machinery. Problem solving and daily repairs will be something you can not shy away from. This is a heavily used older vessel! 2 x Caterpillar main engines combined power 1000kw, 13 kts top speed.

The yacht will cruise the South of France for the summer with 8-9 weeks or charters booked.

We are a crew of 9, all English first language.

This is a permanent position for the summer and rotation is only considered after the summer, as we need a full handover between engineers which can only be given after a season of knowing the vessel.

This yacht is a real head turner and we need to keep it in top condition always so please only apply if you have held a Y3 or EOOW 2nd II/2 or SV 3000kW as minimum qualifications
