Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and eager Third Stewardess to join our team on a busy Motor Yacht for our upcoming Alaskan season.

The yacht operates a busy charter program as well as owners’ usage with a fun, dynamic crew. The ideal candidate will have at least two seasons of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills and a positive, friendly attitude and be available to join the vessel before the end of the month in California.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the chief stewardess and second stewardess in all aspects of guest service and housekeeping.

Maintain cleanliness and organization across the interior of the yacht.

Assist with meal service including table setting, theme nights, serving, and beverage preparation.

Seamless operation of guest and crew laundry.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum two seasons of experience in a similar role on a superyacht.

Fluent English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive, friendly, adventurous attitude.

Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.

Eager to participate in crew activities.

Additional Requirements:

STCW certification

ENG1 Medical Certificate

Food & Hygiene Level 2

Valid passport and B1/B2

Willingness to work long hours and weekends as required.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and itineraries.

Winter either Central America or Caribbean

Standard MLC contract and leave package - 38 days
