The Favorite 2200 model is in line with the renowned Favorite 1500 and 1700, where all the unique features of the previous Favorite yachts are merged; the layout of the distinctive yacht with recognizable retro lines. This 23,5-metre all-aluminium yacht has been developed with unique specifications which work perfectly to offer exceptional explorations in style and comfort. Typical for Mulder yachts, performance is at the top of the list. Her efficient, fast displacement round bilged hull shape ensures comfortable cruising experiences. The yacht accommodates a spacious crew facility in the aft of the ship, fully outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.

About the role (captain):

For this job we are looking for an experienced captain who’s responsible for a safe and efficient operation of the 23,5-meter yacht. Your duties will include a.o.:

-Managing the yacht to ensure smooth operations.

-Maintaining the yacht to the highest standards.

-Provide a premium level on all yacht aspects for the Owner and (charter) guests.

-All aspects of vessel navigation, safety and security

-Coordinate or conduct regular inspections and maintenance

-Address technical issues promptly

-Experienced with CAT engines and Kohler generators

Requirements:

-Strong management and leadership skills

-Handson and proactive mentality

-Excellent communication skills

-Proven experience on a yacht this size range

-Extensive understanding of maritime regulations and safety procedures

-Proven experience with yacht management software
