Summary

Looking for an engineer for a 38m, single season private Sailing Yacht currently based in Palma. Someone with 2

year’ experience in a similar role and working towards their Small Vessel certification would fit this position nicely.

The boat runs with a crew of 6 in the summer, 5 in the winter and is looking for someone to really settle into the

role and gain some good longevity onboard. They are looking for a hard worker who is keen to interact with the

crew and help out in other areas when needed to. The owners are from Switzerland Malaysia and use the boat

quite a lot in the summer.

Contract: 3 month probation turning into a permanent position

About the program: Winter in Palma followed by a busy med season. Possibly Barcelona next winter.

Required Documents/Certificates: AEC2

Requirements for application: 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Salary: 6000 - 7000 DOE

Other Benefits: Medical insurance on and off. 28 days leave.
