Summary

We are URGENTLY looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess with at least 2 years + in a leading role for a well established 40m+ Private SY. Sailing yacht experience is preferred.

Our ideal candidate is confident, a great communicator who is passionate about her job and sailing and who runs the interior in a professional but relaxed manner. Our candidate enjoys exceeding the guests expectations and knows how to "read the room".

We are looking for a professional, positive and enthusiastic candidate that is level-headed and down to earth. This is a family style yacht with professional but easy-going crew, the captain has been onboard for over 7 years.

This is will be a dual season SY so this role is not for the faint hearted, we need a hardworking and adventurous candidate that loves to create great experiences for the guest whilst exploring and traveling to interesting destinations.

A keen interest in Sailing and all kind of watersports are a bonus

About the program: Dual season MED/TBC

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, other certificates is a bonus

Requirements for application: 2 years’ experience in the same position on the same size yacht, Strong Service knowledge, Great communicator, Good verifiable references, Sailing Yacht experience is preferred.

Salary: 5.000 Euros DOE
