We are looking for an experienced Head/Lead Housekeeper for a fantastic role based in San Francisco, USA. The property is the family's home and will need a driven and knowledgeable senior staff member to keep the property running smoothly for the Principals. • Responsibilities will include the daily upkeep of the property, including all housekeeping responsibilities as well as leading the other housekeeping staff members in the property. There may also be ad-hoc duties required but your main focus will be making sure the property is cleaned to superyacht standards.

• Salary of $55-$70 an hour depending on experience, ideally you would have been a 2nd Stew/Head Housekeeper or Chief Stew before.

• Start date will ideally be as soon as possible, with flexibility to find the right candidate.

• Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. They may be requirements to work on some weekends (9:00am - 1:00pm) but this will be rotated with all housekeepers so this will most likely be only once a month.

• Must have a background of working on superyachts or within private households. Flexibility will be needed for this role and in return there are other great benefits. You must be good at organising, inventories and enjoy forward planning.

• Candidates must have the right to work in the US, you MUST hold a green card or be a citizen.

• This role will be a live-out position but assistance can be given at the beginning of employment to assist with relocation if needed.

• There will be a 90 day introductory trial period.

• There will not be requirements to travel for this role currently, you will be based in the San Francisco household and will remain there when the Principal is away to look after the property and manage the team. Perfect for someone who wants to be on land and have freedom but is happy to be flexible and work with the principal’s schedule.
