Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded 2nd Stewardess who has over 3 years’ in the industry, for a 55m+ Sailing Yacht.

We are looking for a warm, compassionate, positive, "bubbly", friendly candidate that is level-headed and down to earth. This is a family style yacht with professional but easy-going crew, the captain has been onboard for over 10 years.

The owner is lovely and would like his team to care for each other, the yacht, and enjoy looking after him and his guests. He is aiming for the professional but relaxed SY environment.

This summer the season will start in Greece in May followed by Italy, France and Spain before heading to a shipyard here on Mallorca for a few months before possible heading to the Caribbean. Private cruising and some charters.

You must be experienced in cocktail making and mixology as well as having a rounded view of all duties within the interior and be able to lead the junior stewardess. This is a guest facing role so you must also be confident in service and dealing with guests. This is a lovely team of 3 interior with a great Chief Stewardess.

This is a busy dual season SY so this role is not for the faint hearted, we need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create great experiences for the guest and owners.

Charter experience is a bonus

A keen interest in Sailing and all kind of watersports are a bonus

The owners loves diving, so an interest in diving is a bonus

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2

Requirements for application: 3 years+ experience onboard yachts over 40m with Sailing yacht background is preferred, good housekeeping, laundry and service experience, good verifiable references and longevity.

Salary: EUROS DOE
