Hello!

We are looking for a 2nd Stewardess / Stewardess to work directly with our existing Chief Stewardess.

Uptight is a 32m long range, steel hull explorer vessel – outfitted with everything from a fishing cockpit to an ice-belt for artic exploration. She is approximately 265 GT carrying 6 crew and up to 10 passengers. She is flagged Cayman Islands and LY3 RINA. Read more at Instagram Uptightexploration.

The boat is currently in St. Maarten where you will join her immediately. Current travel plans have us traversing the Bahamas and Caribbean before heading over to the Pacific Ocean, where we’d like to spend time in Costa Rica, Panama, Galapagos (and other countries) prior to making our way north to Alaska.

As Stewardess, you will working directly with our Chief Stewardess and be responsible for maintaining a high level of standard for the vessel to keep her in “better than new” condition. You must be a team player, organized, tidy, efficient, hands-on and have a positive attitude. Attitude is everything to our team. We believe that if our crew is happy, the boat will be happy. You must have experience in housekeeping and laundry. We’re looking for someone to join our team and stay with us for long-term, where there will be ample growth and travel opportunities.

Start date would be Immediate to jopin the boat currently in St. Maarten

We are very generous regarding salary and paid leave/vacation travel for a qualified applicant.

Here are some requirements:

Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Appropriate experience for position.

Fluent in English
