Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join this 70m Private MY (yacht is registered as Commercial, but no charter).

Previous experience on similar sized vessels (60+m) is a requirement.

Right candidate should be able to manage the interior department autonomously, lead by example, have great eye for details and be able to deliver a high-quality service. We are looking for a real team player, with great problem-solving. organizational, admin and communication skills. Calm and positive attitude, with ability to work under pressure. During summer season the yacht is very busy and the Owner is very demanding.

Hard-working, hands-on, and a polite profile is what the Owner is looking for. Good longevity and proven reference are required.

Total interior department: 6 (Chief Stewardess, 2nd Stewardess, 3rd Stewardess, Housekeeping Stewardess, SPA/Masseuse, Laundry Steward)

Total Crew: 17

Team player, clean-cut profiles. Non-smoker, No visible Tattoos. Fluent English is a must.

Salary range: €7000

Package: Medical Coverage, 3 annual flights to repatriation destination, 90 days leave per year, annual bosun + salary revision (at Owner's discretion)
