We're seeking a dynamic Structural Engineer to join our ship design team. As a key member, you'll contribute to structural designs from concept to class and beyond. Proficiency in designing with steel and aluminum is essential. Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring customer requirements are met, and classification approval is achieved. If you have experience in large complex vessel design, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop structural designs in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and client shipyards.Ensure project compliance with customer requirements and achieve classification approval.Contribute to the overall quality and standards of deliverables within the discipline.Actively share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.Manage work quality and complete assigned tasks transparently and efficiently.Requirements:

BSc, MSc, or degree-level qualification in Naval Architecture or related discipline.Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.Proficient in AutoCAD and Rhino.Knowledge of statutory regulations, Classification, and Flag rule sets.Experience in ship systems and their impact on integration.Strong problem-solving skills with sound engineering judgment.Commercial awareness and ability to ensure works are completed to standards and budget.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel to customer sites or attend exhibitions and events.Willingness to be in the office three times per week
