Want to be part of a world respected yacht builder? Marine Resources are seeking GRP Finshers for our client in Peterborough!

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday (Early Finish on Friday)Overtime: Available at Enhanced RatesResponsibilities:

• Perform Gelcoat and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) finishing work according to specifications.

• Conduct surface preparation, sanding, and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes.

• Repair and touch-up GRP components as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a GRP Finisher.

• Proficiency in gelcoating, sanding, and polishing techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
