The role of a Resourcer requires perseverance, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in people. It’s an exciting role where you’ll engage with active candidates within our industry and support them in finding their next career move. The resourcer is an integral role within our business as it ignites the very start of the recruitment process. You will be the first port of call for candidates coming into the business whist also proactively seeking out and leaving no stone unturned in your mission of sourcing new candidates. In doing so, you will be a ‘Systems Champion’ ensuring system usage procedures are followed, developed and maintained keeping your work up to date and logged on the system.
