The candidate specification

The motor yacht is over 90M+, and the 2021 Wajer 55ft serves as the Chase boat. The yacht operates in the Mediterranean during the Northern Hemisphere summer and in the Caribbean during winter. Currently, the Chase Boat is undergoing its annual service in France.

The yacht is meticulously managed and maintained to the highest standards, fostering a genuine sense of pride among all those involved in the program.

The mothership, a prestigious private and charter yacht, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join the exceptional team. With a commitment to providing unparalleled luxury experiences onboard.

The position of Chase Boat Captain is unique, with responsibilities varying based on the yacht\'s operational status. During in-service periods, the role focuses on delivering top-notch service directly to the Owner and guests, aligning with the expectations of a professional skipper.

During non-service periods, the Chase Boat Captain takes direction from the Master of the mother vessel, performing tasks such as running errands, maintaining the chase boat, and handling duties typical of a deck team member on the mother vessel. The candidate should also be prepared to serve as the Chase Boat Captain during owner trips in the Caribbean and third-party charters, if necessary.

While specific responsibilities are outlined for each role, all crew members may be called upon to assist others in various onboard tasks. Professionalism is expected when contributing to tasks outside one\'s primary responsibilities.

Required experience: Previous experience as a Chase Boat Captain
