Our client is a renowned leader in the marine industry, specializing in the construction of high-specification yachts and power boats. We are currently seeking skilled Wet Lay Laminators for contract roles with immediate start available.

Position Overview: As a Wet Lay Laminator, you will be an integral part of the  production team, responsible for ensuring the structural integrity, durability, and quality of  luxury yachts and power boats. Your expertise in wet lay laminating processes will be crucial to producing vessels that meet the highest standards of excellence in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply layers of fiberglass, resin, and other composite materials to molds or hulls using wet lay laminating techniques.Consistently monitor the quality and consistency of lamination to meet design specifications.Assist in preparing molds, tools, and materials for lamination.Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with the production team to ensure timelines are met while maintaining top-tier quality.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Wet Lay Laminator in the marine industry.Extensive knowledge of composite materials, resins, and laminating techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.What We Offer:
