Weight estimation
Preferably hull development experience- not hands on CFD engineer but working alongside the and mapping out development paths
Engineering project management
Powering predictions
The ability develop bespoke tool sets in python or similar and or a solid understanding of modern optimisation techniques a distinct advantage
