Our client, a leading name in the engine industry, is seeking a dynamic individual who can be the bridge between our dealers, customers, and the factory, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a Technical Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all technical inquiries related to our renowned engine brand. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Technical Expertise: ???? Providing prompt and precise responses to technical queries via phone and email. Your in-depth knowledge will empower customers and partners.

2. Customer Engagement: ???? Serving as a brand ambassador, you'll excel in customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

3. On-Site Support: ???? Being there for our dealers and customers when needed, whether it's at their locations or at industry events and exhibitions. 

4. Factory Collaboration: ???? Proactively communicating faults and issues to the factory and actively participating in investigations. Your insights will drive product and system improvements.

5. Industry Involvement: ???? Representing our brand at industry shows and exhibitions, staying ahead of the curve and keeping us at the forefront of innovation.

6. Continuous Learning: ???? Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge across our entire product range, ensuring you're always ready to provide expert guidance.

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you possess knowledge of the marine sector, and an understanding of motorcycles would be a bonus, as you'll be working across our diverse product range.
