Marine Resources are seeking boat builders/shipwrights for our client based in Gosport on the south coast.
Whether you are a time served shipwright or an experienced sailor with strong practical skills on boats, this is great opportunity to join a business working on old school type vessels away from the superyacht business.
This is a very diverse role working on repair and refit of Police and lifeboat type vessels
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
· Experience of working within a busy boat yard.
· Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
· Good team player and excellent communicator.
· Understanding of quality processes.
· Ability to listen, understand & follow instructions.
