Chef required for a 35m private yacht which is currently in Monaco doing a preparing to head to the Est Med for the season. The ideal candidate should have varied and professional culinary experience and be able to maintain a well organized, clean and tidy galley both on and off trip. All candidates need to be fit, sporty & healthy and able to produce the same healthy and fresh food for Guests and Crew alike (5). Owners enjoy mediterranean cuisine, Asian fusion, Italian, French gastronomy and a variety of light, healthy dishes. Seasonal contract from now to the 15th Oct 2021.
