Are you a solid US Stew with at least 6 months of experience? Are you interested in working for some of the nicest, crew-centered people in yachting?? If so, we have something that might interest you. This small, 27m, private yacht is heading to the Great Lakes (US side) and used by the Owners for day trips and short weekend gigs. The Captain is a long term yachting professional and he has been 100% clear on what it takes to join this team - Happy. That's right, they want a Happy Stew. No drama, no tragedy, no emotional roller coaster - just a happy Stew who loves yachting and has a great service mind set. You already know how to do “heads and beds,” you may need some help sharpening your service skills, but that is OK, they are happy to train. The benefits are very good - solid wage, benefits (insurance) and a bonus structure. The boat is busy - and we do mean busy, but there is ample time off (recovery). And the Captain has made a solid point that these owners are the most crew-centric people he has ever met. To be considered the Stew has to be ready to join soon (they have a trip starting April 26) but they can wait for the right candidate to join before June 1., US Citizen/Green Card holder, STCW Basic Training and ENG1 (or other) Medical Fit For Duty, and did we mention have to be Happy!
