We are looking for a Head Chef to join a 100m+ Private Motor Yacht.
Start Date: Early February
Candidates must have 3 years experience working as a Head Chef at sea on vessels greater than 70m+, as well as experience on land in high-end restaurants. Candidates will be comfortable leading a team of 3 chefs in the galley, while cooking for guests and overseeing meals for the large crew onboard.
Candidates must hold a Valid ENG1 and STCW, Ships Cook Certificate, Food Hygiene Level 3, Crowd Management, Crisis Management
Package: Euro salary, a competitive rotation, and all flights/travel to and from the vessel.
Additional Information: Candidates must be fluent in English, and be comfortable overseeing all galley operations. The chosen candidate will have their own Cabin, have no visible tattoos.
