Dive Instructor Kiteboard Instructor (Or very experienced) STCW95/10 Designated Security Awareness - PDSD ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (min. 6 months) B1/B2 visa (min. 1 year) Schengen if needed for Caribbean Passport (min. 1 year) Hard worker and hands on deck Smart decision making skills Team player Ability to take charge and manage Deck Run a deck which consists of 2 including themselves An individual who wants to learn and grow in the mate role Good skills on tender handling twin and triple screws Fishing abilities a plus Watchkeeping ability

Mates that want to do all bridge work and paperwork need not apply. This is a hands on mate position.
