About The Position: This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to commit to a 12-18 month contract. We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess who is able to train our current 2nd Stew to take over the Chief Stew position.

• Great attitude • Trustworthy & honest • Responsible in her personal and professional life (not a big drinker or partier) • Genuinely happy and with a positive personality • Knows how to get along with and live with a 11 - 13 of crew • Is happy to adhere to the rules and culture of a 50m yacht • Be meticulous about working to the highest yachting standards • Highly organized & cool under pressure • Neat and cleanly in their work areas & cabin space • Has a keen eye for detail • Is a forward thinker • Open to learning & sharing past experience • Will go out of her way to learn the boat & its procedures in all departments required before making changes • Loves providing service to the guests but also happy to assist with cleaning/heads and beds if needed • Leads by example • Able to manage 2nd, 3rd and 4th Stewardesses professionally & diplomatically • Is team orientated, loyal & committed to her department, crew, captain & owner • Can work well with all departments onboard • Be able to have diplomatic difficult conversations with fellow crew before interpersonal problems arise • Happy and able to teach and mentor stewardesses
• Fit & healthy • Happy & open minded to living with different cultures & nationalities • Respectful, polite and diplomatic not only with all crew & guests but everyone we come into contact with.

Package • 60 days per year leave • 13th Month bonus (at owner’s discretion) • Most weekends off when owner not onboard (dependent on schedule)
