Important to be able to prepare freshly caught fish and sushi. Passport - minimum 1 year Other Requirements: Well presented and spoken. A professional attitude. Light drinking habits. A calm personality with a team work attitude. This is a small boat so everyone helps where needed. Responsibilities: The role would be CHEF. Full charge of galley duties. High quality presentation, safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. Responsible provisioning. Other: Flexible in your role.
