Private boat with heavy usage, and few charters a year, requires a Second Officer (male due to cabins) with OOW minimum (Chief Mate preferred). This is NOT an office job, it's 90% on deck and 10% of paperwork. The Second Officer is in charge of the decks and the 53ft tender. Perfect for a strong bosun that just got his OOW and want to start learning the ISM/ISPS. Must be willing to learn as he will need to step into the Chief Officer job (when the Chief Officer steps as Captain). True non-smokers. No clock watcher. This is a busy vessel. 38 days vacation a year. Extra time off for courses and full cost covered in exchange of longevity. Very nice US owners.Candidate in Florida only.
