Position : 1 month CREW CHEF with some cooking for guests and 2 months as STEWARDESS. 3 months contract

ITINERARY: Local California cruising- at dock
Start date: End of September (3 months+/-)
STCW + Refresher Food hygiene/safety Ship's Cook or culinary/cookery diploma
Current Marine Medical (ENG1). Chef / Cook – Specifically not looking for head chef standard as you will need to be happy to interchange from galley to interior, but competent enough for crew catering and basic guest dinners. Must be a solid Stewardess candidate as well.
MUST be a professional, good at quality and quantity control for the vessel. someone cooking mainly for the crew with large yacht experience.
Preparation of healthy and diverse crew meals.
Good stewardess skills. Service, housekeeping, mixology, etc. Verifiable positive references.
Job specifics: West coast, private vessel, heavy owner use, day trips.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines. Around $4500 per month.
Package: Complies with MLC2006 guidelines. To be finalized during hiring process.
