Position: 4th STEWARDESS/ Sous Chef

Itinerary: summer season- Bahamas & Caribbean, winter - TBD
Licence Required: None - one to two seasons experience on charter yachts preferred.
Requirements: valid STCW78/95/10, ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) no culinary training required but hands on cooking experience and eager to learn
VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen if needed. Valid passport.
Other Requirements: PSA or PDSD - Proficiency in Designated Security Duties, CHARTER experience. Service, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality. passion for cooking,
Responsibilities: Assisting head chef as needed with guest and crew meals, rotating interior duties as 4th stew.
Other: Good personality, easy going, calm and pleasant. Shared cabin.
Job Specifics: Basic cooking skills and passion for position with galley duties. Neat and clean presentation, organized, motivated.
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience - in USD
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process.
Commercial Registered Yacht: YES - Fully MLC compliant
