SOUS CHEF 55m PRIVATE/CHARTER
We are seeking a Sous Chef for a 55m busy charter yacht based in the Med.
Candidates must be located in UK/Europe and be available to join next week by 27th May. Candidates will hold 5 years experience as a Chef and ideally be culinary trained. Yacht experience is not necessary but one season would be desirable. Strong pastry skills is a must.
You will be cooking for the 15 crew along with assisting the long standing Head Chef with Guest meals. You will be responsible for the pastry section daily including; baking bread, muffins, cakes, cookies, desserts. Gluten-free options will also be required at times.
STCW, ENG1, and Schengen visa all must be valid.
