Yacht: 100 - 110' private Motor Yacht

Start date : May 1st - 15th
Itinerary: West Coast Florida base with some travel
Requirements: valid STCW95 and ENG1. Food safety/hygiene. Cooking courses a plus.
Best if US Citizen or Green card since spends most of the time in US (FL). If not, B1/B2 visa required.
Experienced and confident on Interior. This is a small crew so everyone helps out where necessary. Must be well organized and capable of handling interior on own. Owners are use to charter like service so must be fully knowledgeable with service, cocktail making, creative table settings, provisioning, etc.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible to look after the interior and do light cooking (for crew of 3 and owner and guests...light breakfasts: yogurt, granola, cut up fresh fruit, lunch: sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, dinners: mostly for the crew). Must be comfortable serving and cooking hors d'oeuveres and breakfast for owners. Brings on Chef for long trips with the owner as needed.
Other: Cannot be allergic to dogs as owners have 2. Owners are fairly laid back but enjoy nice table settings, etc. Typically 5 days on/ 2 days off. Need someone self motivated who is able to find activities to do during down time (there is a beach volleyball club and a running club nearby).
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience (includes health insurance, bonus program)
Could be a team with Mate/Engineer IF you have worked together and been together successfully for many years.
