Chef wanted for M/Y 40m with experience in a variety of kitchens, cuisines, including modern fusion cuisine plus different dietary requirements. An ability to be a team player, flexible and enjoy/thrive on a breadth of responsibility from procuring supplies, budgeting, preparing and presenting food to interacting with the crew and charter guests. Min yacht qualifications. Food preparation for owners, crew and charter guests. This position would require the candidate to work alongside an Executive Chef, based onshore, at the beginning of the season in planning and perfecting the menus and cuisine.
