Position: Sole CHEF- MALE DUE TO CABIN ARRANGEMENT
Yacht: Motor 35m Private
Start date: ASAP- temp contract for 2-3 months
Itinerary: Bahamas/ Caribbean/US East Coat/ TBC
Licence Required: Culinary certificate and/or strong restaurant experience,
Requirements: Food safety & hygiene certificate, charter experience.
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)
VISA: B1/B2 visa, Schengen if needed. Valid passport - minimum 1 year.
Other Requirements: Security Awareness and/or PDSD.
Responsibilities: The role would be CHEF. Full charge of galley duties. Charter presentation and quality, safe food handling, organization, clean galley practices, happy to cook healthy meals for crew. Responsible provisioning.
Cooking for the guests and crew.
Temp contract for 2-3 months
Other: Flexible in your role. Reliable, mature, good disposition. Good communicator.
