Captain: The captain is responsible for the overall operation of the yacht and for the safety of the crew and passengers. They are in charge of navigating the yacht, making decisions about the course and destination, and managing the crew.

First Mate: The first mate is responsible for assisting the captain and for managing the crew. They may be in charge of overseeing the operation and maintenance of the yacht, and may also serve as the captain's right-hand person.

Engineer: The engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing the yacht's systems and equipment, including engines, generators, and other mechanical and electrical systems.

Deckhand: Deckhands are responsible for maintaining the exterior of the yacht, including cleaning, painting, and making minor repairs. They may also assist with launching and retrieving tenders and other watercraft.
