How do I join a yacht crew?

There are several steps you can take to join a yacht crew:

  1. Get some experience: It is typically helpful to have some experience working on yachts/boats or in the marine industry before applying to be a member of a yacht crew. You might consider getting a job on a smaller boat, completing a marine industry training program, or gaining experience through internships or volunteering.
