Course Description

This training is intended to meet the requirements set out in IMO model course 6.09. The objective of this course includes the planning and preparation of effective teaching and instructions; the selection of appropriate methods of instruction and teaching materials; and the evaluation of the teaching and learning process.

2. Plan an effective teaching environment

3. Use range of teaching methods effectively

4. Use appropriate training aids

5. Produce a relevant lesson plan

7. Design a course of study
