RYA Level 1 (Start Sailing)

Rya Level 1 The aim of the RYA Level 1 dinghy sailing course is to provide a sound introduction to the sport of sailing. You will learn basic boat handling skills and essential background knowledge.

With an instructor and two other students in the boat with you, learning the first steps will be an exciting and enjoyable experience.

We run these courses on a Saturday and hopefully on the Sunday but if the wind or weather are not favorable, we will run the next day on the next sail able day.

We provide boat, instructor and wet weather gear.

Age from 8 up wards.
