From our Brighton classroom you will learn about:

• The recovery position

•Cold shock and hypothermia from immersion or exposure

•Drowning

•Sea sickness

•Dehydration

•Medical assistance

•Advice by VHF

•Helicopter rescue

•CPR

Course Objective:You will have a working knowledge of first aid for people using small craft
