RYA Essential Navigation & Seamanship

This course can be covered in a series of short sessions (total duration 16 hours) or over 2 full days. It is totally classroom based and the course fee is inclusive of all course materials (training chart, course plotter, course handbook, exercises and electronic chart plotter CD).

Whether you are completely inexperienced or feeling 'a bit rusty', this course is designed as an introduction to navigation and safety awareness. It is ideal for anyone involved in sailing, motorboating, sea angling, scuba diving or any water related activity. The minimum age for students is 12 years.
