RYA Competent Crew

A perfect introduction to sailing!

This course is ideal for dinghy sailors, novice sailors or complete beginners. You will learn all the skills required to be a useful crew member aboard a yacht anywhere in the world. This includes knots and rope handling, nautical terms, points of sail, mooring techniques, man overboard, using the dinghy, safety and much much more. We will also incorporate some extras into your training and you will be mooring and navigating the boat each day.

Recommended minimum age for this course is 12 years and there is no maximum age!
